Bought from forum member off a salvage 2004 STi. I got it for a good price but it was untested. Thought about retrofitting into regular non-HID headlights but decided to sell instead. Passenger side housing was a complete loss and driver side had cracks. Took the headlights apart and tested.
Driver side: Non-HID reflector on top, HID reflector on bottom. Perfect no cracks.

Both leveling motors: Tested to work. One connector has a crack that won't affect wiring. Works with non-HID as well. Simple 6 wire connection to leveling switch.

Both OEM HID bulbs with plugs: Tested to work.

Both OEM ballasts: One has been tested to work. The other has a cracked connector and will require opening to test

I might have other pieces if you're repairing an 04-05 headlight. Just ask. Located in South Orange County, CA. Thanks.
