I'm very disappointed in them, but I am downgrading from Goodyear GS-D3 F1 Eagles, which are amazing tires. The S-drives are noisy, groan when you turn (due to the large center "stripe" that doesn't like to deform) and have much less traction than the Eagles. I also get slightly worse gas mileage. That being said, they are also $89 apiece vs. $150 for the GS-D3s, so in that price range they might be real standouts. I'm just mad at myself for going cheap :-( The only thing nice I can say about them is that for max performance summer they have excellent wet traction, and they stay nice and black and don't turn grey or brown in the sun. They are NOT track-worthy by any stretch of the imagination, and they run cooler than any tire I have ever had -- you can drive 35 miles on the highway at 70+ MPH and then get out and feel the tire, and they are cool to the touch. Weird!
