hey all, searched the tire forum and still need a bit of help

i have 02-03 stock wheels and want the biggest all season/ winter tire i can stick under my car with a 1"front .8" in back drop.

problem being one is a little bent so i might need to use my powdercoated 05 legacy gt wheels (which id like to keep nice :[)

just in case how big can go with those 17" wheels
looking for meaty so snow wont be a problem this year :}

i understand this is a played out question that comes around every other season i just NEED tires by monday so its last second! thanks for your time

 

Will 225/55 work its a bit bigger the stock size
