wheel lock?
I got a flat recently and i ordered a new set of tires. My tires just came today but i realized that i lost my wheel lock key...if that is what it is. Any one have any ideas on how to take off the lugs without buying new sets????

Looks like a standard allen key - used on dual lug pattern wheels to conserve lug bore space. Your local hardware store should have the "keys" in the allen wrench section.

Those are common "tuner" lug nuts/locks, but they are a PITA. You see how your stud is starting to rust? Rust is never good. All you need is a really big allen wrench like Dex said
