Wheel gap??

Whats the wheel gap supposed to be on a stock wrx, with stock supension?? mine seems awfully small and when i have three people in the back of my car i have maybe half an inch to no wheel gap at all. Could there be any thign wrong? or is it supposed to be like that?

I think that from wheel well to the center of the rim was 14" with nothing in the car but the spare and jack
