A friend of mine just got the FN01RC by 5Zigen 18x8.5 and he put on 255/40/18. It looks sweet. They say you can even put 265 but may have to roll the rear fender a little.

18s aren't for performance as they are harder for the car to spin than 17s. You should go with 17s as TE37s are a race wheel, not a "just for looks" wheel.

Anything over 235's will require fender rolling. Over 245 will require rolling front and rear fenders.

I had a problem with my rear fenders with 245 (I had to roll them and nothing was modified with the front, they are wide enough as it is.

Car Info: 2016 Acura RDX ... meh. Um, nice subwoofer?
I run 17x8 w/ 235 Kumho MX's (46mm offset for TE37s) ... and MX are a bit wider than your avg 235s. I have Tein Basics, locked rear subframe and 24mm RSB. I don't rub in the rear, but I do a very bit in the front. I think if I finally roll the fenders I'll be OK. I could also prolly afford to raise my suspension 1 to 2cm all around. It'd handle better and most likelyhave no rubbing at all . (Right now the collar is about 2.5cm from the bottom on the Basics, all 4 corners.

Oh, I should also add that the x8 size is just right for 235s. Just a wee bit of curb guarding.
