Sumitomo HTR+...watcha think?
I read a couple threads in here where people recommend thse tires...just wondering how people still feel about them
they look like a steal at $86 a pop and I'm looking for a good, all around tire (no summer tires, no racing tires, no snow tires)
I live in Northern Cali and can drive in a variety of conditions, none of which are really extreme.
I'm looking for 225/45R17

I have a set for winter tires and would recommend them as inexpensive A/S tires. If you aren't too concerned with price, I have the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S on my other car and they're the best.

I am getting those tires when I get my rims in the Spring. I am just like you and am not doing anything really extreme (right now) and the HRT+ were a steal in the reviews so I dont think you can go wrong for the price. Plus the Dexter from Tire rack has a pair and he WORKs for them so hey if he works there and has them, you can see anything thats really negative about them.
