What would I have to do to stop the tires from occasionally rubbing the spring perch in the back of my 2003 2.5RS? The rim information is as follows (taken from the inside of the rim): 16x7JJ ET38. The tire profile is 225/50zr16 all around. The rims fit the car great, but occassionally when I drive, I hear a rubbing in the back. My wife doesn't have that problem, but I'm a more agressive driver than her.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Why is 42 the lowest that I should go?? The tire fits in the fender/body like it's supposed to. What happens if those rims stay on my car? What's the worst that can happen, and is there anyway to keep it from rubbing?
