STI Rims, Prodrive, or Rotas

Argh...can't decide (cause I don't actually have enough money yet). What would you do? I have an 03 Wagon btw.

Option 1. STi BBS Rims for $1200 includes the stock tires with 50% tread left. In really good shape with the usual minor nicks and scratches...but no curbage. forged and really light at 16lbs each.

Option 2. New Prodrive P7's for $980. They looks so f'in sweet...especially the anthracites. Heavy ****ers though. Gotta add in $500+ for new tires.

Option 3. Rota SDR or Tarmacs for ~$1200 with new Falkens or ES100s. Lighter than Prodrives, heavier than STi BBS. I'm a little concerned about quality compared to above two. Kinda looks like knock-offs....though I guess the P7's are kinda knockoffs of the GC-07's.

Argh which one would you choose?

none of those are direct comparison really. I would say the Sti wheels myself, because that's the best deal you've listed. I'm partial to Prodrives (I have P1s on my RS) but Rotas are a good deal too. Just go with whichever one you want to see on your car.

Edit: Just saw that was "with tires" on the BBS. Definitely go with those.

if you have an sti, the P7's won't fit over the brakes, if not I am selling a set of P7's myself. https://www.i-club.com/forums/used-aftermarket-car-parts-sale-99/perfect-prodrive-p7s-w-tires-64266/

He has an '03 wagon. He's considering buying STi wheels.

I would never pay that much for Rotas when you have a nice set of forged BBS wheels for the same price. That, also, is a high price for the STI BBS wheels these days. I have a set on right now that I'm selling with about 80% tread and I'm only asking $1000 with absolutely no curbage.

BBS STI for sure, they are really light, and imo they are soooo bad *** on WRX's, although you see em on STI's all the time, you barely see em on WRX's...
