Do these fit on the 2004 STi.

sorry but, no they do not fit ... they do not come in a Subaru friendly offset

Thanks for the info, too bad. Are there any other wheels that will fit the '04 STi with a big lip?

what offset is that wheel ...... the design, brake clearance and required offsets really do not leave much room for a lip on an STi
