Rims and Snow tires for RS

does anyone have a suggestion for snow tires/rim combo for an 00 RS, I have been looking around on tire rack and cannot decide if I want to get 15' 16' or 17's and what the best snow tire is

Are you using your stockers for summer? Most people buy a 17" wheel and tire combo for summer and run their winter tires on the stock wheels.

I have been running the stocks for so long and my wife just put new rubber on them. I saw the 15in steel rims on tire rack, Think that I will go for them and some blizzaks.
