Rims...
I was been following articles on the WRX for a few months now (almost a year). Car and Driver got some SSR 17 inch Rims fitted with Kumho 712 supras 235/40. Every1 so far has only been using 225/40 of 225/45 (Sport Compact Car mag). Is there any difference in the two? I just saw that the Evo VII hase 235/45 for there stock wheels so i wanted to match it.
I want the SSR competition wheels but I can afford the Rota's when i get the car.
2 SSR wheels = 4 Rota wheels w/ tires 17's lol
Is there any Real everyday difference between say Rota's and SSR or Rays. Im not taking my car to the track anytime soon (no track around here) but i do want something strong enough so if i do go to 1 i wont be driving on the bottom of my car after a hard turn.

no "personal" experience with any aftermarket wheels for me, but i say the Rotas are right up there in quality with everyone else, I just ordered some rotas for my car, so, I will soon see if my 6 months of research have paid off...

There Rotas are just like any other wheel company and they do take care of Customers. The real difference mainly is just the manufacturing process. Rota wheels are cast while SSRs are semi-solid forged and Rays wheels are forged.
As for a wagon I recommend that you run 215/45R17s because wagons do not have as generous a fender gap as the sedans.
