I've hit quite a few potholes hard and havn't had a problem with my 18" subzeros. I've had them on for going on 8 months w/o a single problem. I'm very happy with them, for $600 a set you can't go wrong.-James

Lies... and why I changed my mind on buying rotas

Just to let you guys know.

There have been only 4 subzero failures. All wheels from this batch were machined wrong. All the wheels from this batch have been acounted for and there are no more wheels out on the roads.

So you guys do not have to worry.
I have personally seen 2 sub zeros break spokes from autocrossing, and seen more than 3 or 4 pics of broken/cracked spokes on subzeros.

These are reported cases to us. If you have any cases that we do not know about, please let us know.

For the record, here are the list of people that were affected by the bad batch:

mavic (old i club board user name)
Tim Breuner (Dori doris friend)
KC (old i club user name)
another one that I forot the name
which makes it 4 people.
Mostof these guys have posted their pictures on the old board so it explains the picues people have been seeing
