painting stock wheels

i've seen a how to on here before and i wanted to know if anyone can get it to me.

Car Info: 2007 Mazdaspeed 3, Black, 6spd

get the tires taken off, sand the hell out of them , paint them and have tires re-installed. some chemical paint removers may attack the aluminum so beware...
