the closest i've seen is the prodrve p wrc 1 wheels. if anyone knows what thoes oz 17inch 10 poke wheels are called plz reply

Those are OZ/Prodrive P1s. I think the version they run on the Tarmac Rally car is 18". P1s are very popular. Lots of people have them and even more people (10x) have the copy by Rota called "Tarmacs".

You can get them the OZ/Prodrives from tirerack.com and the copies from suby-dude.com.
