Definately Rotas! They are lightweight yet they are a strong wheel and very affordable.

Thanks for all of your help. I just can't bring myself to get the Rotas; they just look too "cheap" -- a knockoff is a knockoff. No offense intended to current Rota owners! Just write me off as someone with no taste :P

I've decided on the 5Zigen FN01R-C 17x7 or Enkei CDR-9, whichever is lighter. If I get the cheaper wheels, I'll invest the "savings" in better tires. Kumho Ecstas for the expensive wheels, Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 if I get the cheaper wheels. I wish TireRack carried any of the brands I am interested in...

Now all I need is an Eibach spring kit (1.2" drop in the front - w00t) and I'll be able to take the corners with my dad's 2002 M3. I think I'll still have some trouble on the straights, however...

hmm.. i agree with everything said above. the subz lack styling and most of all "GUNMETAL!!!!". that's why i have to go up the ladder to get my gunmetals colors. dang it. not only that, Rota doesn't sell 18s in anything but the subz. the eibach kit is awsome btw...

TireRack sell Kumho, Goodyear & Eibach, & like I said earlier, ATC can get 5Zigs, or Rota...

Oh, I know Tire Rack has the tires, but they don't carry the wheels. I just don't want to get them at separate places.

Actually ATC/DTC is not looking like a good choice either -- their web site reccommends 40mm offset for Subarus and doesn't even list any wheels with 48-52mm offsets.

Tirerack offers to have the tires delivered to the place that will do the mounting so when they arrive you just take in your car.
Second yes 4 tires will fit in the back seat of a wrx. I lined my seat with cardboard and stood all four tires up in a row. They fit perfect except for me having to move my seat up a little.
