New SSR GT2 w/ PS2's

Just got these for my '04 STI. They're on sale at Tirerack for $299 each (down from $400+). What do ya think? Runnin' 245/40 on 17x8.5 wheel.

Not too bad! I like the PS2's. I use them myself for my street tires.

That's a great wheel at a bargain price. Hope you got a set of 5, 'cause SSR will discontinue the one-piece GT2s. Same happened to my SSR Comps, so I have another still in the box: just in case.

Thumbs up

Just the exact same choices (ok, maybe ssr comps over the GT2, but definitely the PS2s) I would've made myself if that setup was available in my bolt pattern. I take it no fitment issues with the tires then, or did you have to roll your fenders?

No fitment issues that I've seen so far. Did not have to roll the fenders and no rubbing that I've heard or seen. Took it around an on-ramp onto the highway and it felt good.
