I also found a page explaining the double-valvestem design. As Dexter explained, the design is so that you can bleed normal air out of the top valve while you feed nitrogen to the bottom valve, though how you determine that all of the normal air has been replaced, no one has mentioned. The purpose of using nitrogen is to remove all moisture from the air inside the tire, so that tire pressure does not change inside the tire as the air heats up and cools down during track racing.

FYI shot peening also hardens the surface of the metal, making it more durable.

Curious, those dual red stems on the K1 TS's replaceable? I assume so... I just aint too hot on the red.

Question Offset on K1 TS?

Hey, I went to your site to look at the nice big purty picture of the wheel... but... There's no offset info on thar!

Offset is a concept dat's vewwy vewwy important to us wagon owners....
