I am looking for summer tires with highest performace that I could get with R13 tires, tires should be R13 cause I have 13" wheels.

If you are really looking for performance tires, then you have 2 good options: buy some 15in wheels (used GS-R or something like that or new aftermarket) & look for 205/50, 195/50, 195/55, 205/55 sized tires, or look for wider 13in wheels & buy some 205/60s...Good luck! BTW, what is this for?
