like how? i had a couple of sets, one black open end and one chrome closed end. both were good, durable. they stayed on...

I have the open ended ones too, they are holding up fine, but the paint on them tend to shed easily.

+1, I have blue closed end lugs and while they hold up fine even for track days, the paint chips like crazy.
