lowered and 18s?

I was planning on getting a 17" wheel and then the Axis Tc Evo caught my eye. It only comes in 18" with a +42 offset would this fit my car at stock height and possibly if lowered with tein springs?

Yes. I have 18" Rota wheels with the Tein s-tech springs and I have no problems.

I am running a Tein Flex with Crimson K-6s 18 x 8 with a +46 offest. The rears are set at Tein factory height setting and the fronts are set at 1" higher than factory setting. I have some very slight tire rubbing in the front when I am taking sharp turns (u-turns). The tire rubbing was much more when I had the fronts set at Tein factory height setting.

With the springs you should ok.
