JDM STi wheels
I've done the search and perused this thread, and haven't found out what I needed to know. I am wondering about the wheel that came factory on the STi (non-BBS). The gold ten-spoke (I think). I assume that they would fit on a USDM STi. Where would one be able to get those wheels?

They fit fine, but they're really hard to find. Try www.japanparts.com maybe?
BTW, there's a WRX in Town with them. I saw it on Kapahulu near Ala Wai. Looked reeeaaalllyyy good!!!

Just look in the classifieds on NASIOC and all the subaru forums and you can find them for about $1,100 - $1,600 w/ tires (RE040 Potenzas). That's what I did.

you may also want to look at the wheels gruppe-s has to offer.

Looks like japanparts.com is cheaper though....

Maybe the guy in this thread can help you.

I am not interested in the performance aspect of the split spoke wheel. If I was to procure me a set, it would be for the looks. Price-wise I don't know exactly how much they go for. I missed out on the ones on ebay. They went for $1000 for the set..which was pretty good in my book. The factory BBS wheels would get autocross rubber mounted on them and they would become my race wheels and the split spokes will be my show/go wheels. Plain and simple, I like the way those wheels look.
here's another place that occassionally has the split spokes
www.fourstarmotorsports.com in ontario , canada
here's a pic of mine . i use them for 6 months of ice here in denver .
Fat little 225/45R17 (106 mph rated ) factory studded Nokian Hakkapeliitta 2's
from finland.
JDM split spoke - Gold . Made by Asahi Tec of japan 17.5 lb (unconfirmed). 17x7.5 53 offset
STi version 7 factory stock wheel.
