I Want to get Rota Sub Zeros
i plan on buying these rims soon and right now im sitting on stock rims. I dont plan on lowering my car for a while so i want to keep the same look. Yes that depends on size of rim of course but also the tire. i want 17" rims but what size tire will help me keep the same look so my car doesnt have huge wheel well gaps? thanks

Ok, welcome to tunerworld. Now it's time to do your homework. Read and learn the two stickies Tire Rack so wisely stuck at the top of this forum. You need to know. Here is the link to the Miata tire/wheel calculator (it's works for all cars and helps a lot). Don't buy any wheels until you understand the effect they will have on your car's performance. You don't want to pay big bucks for heartaches. You already have an idea of how they will look. What kind of car are you putting these on?

Most likely 225/45/17 would be your best choice. I had a set of 17" Gold Subzeros that I got from www.jlbmotorsports.com Nice wheels, but I never put them on my car because then Hyper Black Torques came out

Stick with 225/45/17, unless you have a wagon, and in the case you should be running a 215/45/17 to avoid rubbing issues.
