I need new nuts

I just bought some work nezarts and my stock lug nuts are cutting away shreads of my rim when I tighten them down. I think i need a lug nut with a deeper bore? what are the best ones I can get or options? any suggestions are appreciated.

I like the McGard spline drives. They use a two piece design. The section that contacts the wheel doesn't actually move so they don't marr painted wheels.
