how many ft lbs? kinda dumb question

how many ft lbs? kinda dumb question

do i torque my lugs down on my wheels? i just got a new set of wheels/tires and the lugs are on the way....yet i dunno how many ft lbs to torque em down to

usually i torque down my wheels to 75. thats whats recommended on regular passenger cars and 80 for suvs. and make sure you tighten them down in a start pattern. but dotn torque them down untill all the lugs are on and the wheel is flush

subie @ 75. I asked the guys at wheel works this question the other day cuz they guy that was there (jason, super cool guy) had a honda there he was working on and it reminded me of a bumper sticker. The one the says "my lug nuts require more torque than your honda makes". thought it was a funny.

what shoes you have on her?

work emotion cr-kai 18x7.5 +42 for a nice big break kit ill be ordering next month, well probably just the fronts and the rears ill just upgrade with new rotors/brake pads possibly the caliper later on and they're wrapped in falken fk452s im waiting for the lugs to come in, i got the with the wheels themselves but they sent me the wrong size so now i have to wait impatiently till the get here probably tuesday, ill put some pictures up when i get them mounted
