help with perfect fit

i'm finally in the market for rims, probably rota because i'm broke -,.-

anyways, i'm in need for the best fitment possible.
going 17 or 18 does not matter for me but i just want the rims to line up with the fender and small gap between the fender and the tire.
no stretching tires, no super camber, a good drop (no gap from tire to fender looking at it from side). fender rolling is ok.

can any wheel expert tell me what would be the best way to go?
-tire size
-wheel size and offset

i was thinking 18x9.5 but looks like i might need to camber it alot so maybe 17x9.5? 18x9? 20, 30 offset?

05 sti w/ coilovers.
looking into rota grid or d1

thanks in advance.
