havent change the snow tires out?

Hi, is anyone still runnning the snow tires out in the summer? would the tires rubber gone so quick?? the thread will be gone faster in the summer than in the winter with the snow tires??

I think ur asking if anyones driven w/ snow tires in the summer? I haven't but people who use them for gravel do, and they do wear faster, and some get too hot making driving... interesting

Then I think ur next 2 questions are nearly the same; will the tread wear quicker in the summer? The answer is yes, they're designed for snow/ice, not for summer roads, I don't know where in Canada you live, but if your roads get hot (probably not a problem in northern canada) that'l contribute to wear.

Pick a nice, warm day and find a road that's paved (with concrete) and has a fairly light-colored surface.

Do a U-turn, then another, and look at where you did the first one.

When I do this (I've run my snows into June on a couple of occasions, mostly when I knew I wasn't going to get another winter out of them and hadn't got a new set of summer tires yet), I see my tracks. When you're leaving tracks on pavement, you know your tires are going away quickly. These AWD cars are pretty hard on tires. HPH
