Gunmetal and studded snows

Has anyone out there had gunmetal rims on there car for a while?
I was just wondering how they are holding up, dings? scratches? And are they hard to keep clean.

Also has any one tired studded snows?

I have gun metal wheels and so does my neighbor, but we live in Va. Up in Rocheter they use alot of salt on the roads so they may get beat up alittle quicker. How's the seen up there I'm from Buffalo, and will be moving back in June.

I hadn't plan on running them in the winter, I'll keep the stockers. But other wise are they ok? The weather up here has been cold and snowy, but they are calling for rain this weekend and high of 43. Where in buffalo are you from? I live 40 mins. from rochester it's self. plenty of back roads to have fun on if you knowwhat I mean.

The last place I lived in Buffalo was Alden. Which probably isn't far from you.
