Correct tire pressure for 225/50/16?

I was wondering... what's the correct pressure for 225/50/16 tires? Is it still the stock tires' pressure, or do I need to account for the plus sizing? It just occurred to me that I wasn't sure about this. Thanks guys!

I run 36 in the front & 30 in the rear. But as long as you don't go LESS than 32/29 f/r than you should be okay. (I view the tire inflation specs in the same light as posted speed limits - as suggestions. Experiment & go with what works for you.)

Thanks. Any particular reason why you like to run those pressures? I'm just curious is all
Any other suggestions from others as well?

That is my weak attempt to help reduce understeer, so I put more in the fronts. The only problem is that i don't track it so I can't tell if it's working.

i thought increasing psi in the rears and reducing psi in fronts reduces understeer...

I would think it would be the same as factory specs no matter what size tire since its pounds per square inch. I never thought of the difference in tire pressure (front-rear) causing a problem with the diff but it makes sence. In light of that I will be inflating to factory spec (ratio) in front and rear since Im not driving a rwd car anymore. Ive also been under the impression (like Esoterikwrx) that experimenting with tire pressures is ok as long as you dont underinflate too much.

i sort of look at it by eye, because the tire should be even...and alsoif your tire wear sitn even you need to compensate more or less air

I see, but that takes some time to notice right? Also, I'm running the RE750's, and I've heard that the carbon compound layering technology on the upper model Potenza's like this one make it difficult to notice minor uneven treadwear. I know I sound dorky and picky when I say this, but I'd feel a lot better with a solid psi or small range of psi
Nevertheless, thank you very much for your input! Keep the recommendations coming!
