ContiExtremeContact or Pilot Sport A/S
When I get the money I'll buy a 2nd set of tires strictly for summer, but for now I'd use ContiExtremeContact or Pilot Sport A/S year round. Which one do you suggest? Is the price diffrence worth it?
OR Do you suggest something else that does good in snow conditions? Thanks.

If your priority is saving to buy a dedicated set of wheels and tires for the summer, I would buy the Contis. The money you would save would put you that that much closer to buying a second set of wheels.
I'm not sure how the Contis compare to the Michellins. Many people claim that the Pilot Sport A/S is the best all season tire available. Personaly I have the ContiExtremeContacts on my car and I'm very happy with them. I have also see a lot of favorable comments written about the Dunlop SP Sport 5000 Asymmetrical and Sumitomo HTR+ as well.

The Dunlop SP Sport 5000s are a great tire. I drove all over the place this past fall and winter on them. I've driven a WRX wagon with the Pilot Sport A/S...and they are a little more grippy than my Dunlops. But are they worth the additional money...I dunno.
