are you the same person that posted this over at clubsi? cause it's basically the same exact post with the same two links to the same two pictures also your name here and over there are both very new. so are you really interested in these wheels or are you trying to advertise them? just wondering. oh also those are just carbon fiber wrapped huh? cause if it were really a CF wheel it would cost WAY more.
interesting
is it actually kinda interesting. Now, I wonder is really constructed through and through with CF or is it just a sheath of CF surrounding an aluminum wheel center??
Looking at the price, I can't believe that it could be constructed of CF all the way through. I am a motorcyclist and into that scene as well. Full CF wheels for a bike are around $1500 each thats for a 17"x5.5".
I would like to know more about it, especially the weight.

CARBON FIBER WHEELS
Actually I have an Audi A4 - but my friend told me that it would be a good idea to find out if anyone knows anything about these on any of these web sites...
They said at the distributor, that the wheels are aluminum, with an 8mm carbon fiber cover - bonded to the face of the wheel, and covered with clearcoat. They said it is scratch resistant, and extremely high quality. The pictures on the web site are pictures of a prototype wheel, and not the finished, perfected product, and they said that they don't have it in stock yet, but they are on order, and will be there soon, whatever that means?
The sales guy didn't really know what he was talking about though...He seemed kind of clueless.
I ordered a brochure on the wheel from them too - I'll post what it says when I get it.

yea i would have to agree and say go with something that is more "classier"(sp?) looking for your audi. cause audi's are nice cars, those rims may look ok on a rice rocket with a cf hood and stuff...maybe..but i think a nice bbs mesh wheel or something with a lip would look clean and nice on your car.

I don't care how its bonded... it would suck to curb one of those... prob. splinter all over the place.
