Biggest Tire Size For 17"

I was wondering if I could fit a 245/45 R17 on my WRX? I've dropped it using InTrax Lowering Springs.

the width isn't determined by the diameter, so kinda wierd title.

Subydude sells the torques (17x8) with 245 but says there might be clearance issues. Hope that helped. GL

245/45/17 will not fit. the outer diameter is about 1 inch larger than stock.

you would want a 245/40/17 size tire. oh and i have seen that size on a wrx. you will have to roll the fenders and make sure your wheel has the correct offset.
