Big Brake kit not clearing stock wheels

Hey,
I just bought my 02 WRX last week and i decided to sell off the 18" ADR Sokudo's that the previous owner had on the vehicle.
The car has a 4 piston big brake kit in the front and the stock wheel would not fit. I had some spacers lieing around that i put in the front and the calipers is cleariing but it still might be touching a hairline. Any suggestions on if I should get a wider spacer? or should I even get longer studs and get the wider spacer. I dont plan on buying new wheels at least till next yr....
Any comments/suggestions are much appreciated

It would be best to take off the 4pot brakes and replace it with stock. Its the easiest way and the best. Your alternatives will put premature wear and tear on your bearings.

Noooooo not the brakes, I wanna keep the brakes on! But seriously, will it be that much wear on my bearings if I put on a pair or 5mm spacers to help clear the 4pistons.
If it is a big impact on the bearings, then i will consider this. . . Or jus new wheels again.
I would hate to do all that work, if theres another solutions. Thanks for the suggestion!
