BBS Rims on Blue WRX Sedan
Does anyone happen to have any good pictures of the 17 inch BBS rims on a blue 2002 or 2003 WRX Sedan? I can't find any pics anywhere. Thanks in advance for anyone who has any!

ummm. Thanks.
There probably are better rims out there but I happen to like those rims a lot and I'm not all too concerned about weight or anything.
Now, if only you'd suggest what rims you think are better instead of JUST saying the BBS rims = teh suck.

bbs rims = teh suck
Which BBS rims were you thinking about? The new ones one the STI or the optional rims that were available through dealer? I would go w/ gold but I'm not sure if gold is available in that model rim.
I have 17" BBS RG-R's on my blue sedan. I'm at work so I have
no pics, but e-mail me and I'll be happy to send you some.
By the way, don't listen to that moron that says they suck.
Expensive? Yeah, but awesome quality, forged, and lightweight.
Very classy wheel.

let me clarify
when i said "bbs rims = teh suck", i was refering to the factory option wheels that you can buy. they are way overpriced for what they are worth. In no way was i refering to the quality of the wheel. bbs makes some great products, however i believe they are not worth the price that subaru charges you for them.

yeah. Subaru charges over 3000 for them I think. At tirerack it comes to about 2500 or so.

The reason that the dealer BBS wheel is so expensive is because it is a forged RX wheel which is specially made for the WRX offset. The RX wheel that you see on Tirerack is not forged, nor will it fit on a WRX. Last time i checked, the only "off the shelf" BBS wheel that will fit the WRX are the RK (which I don't personally like) and the RGR (which have a similar pattern to the RX, but have a different finish i.e. they are not silver painted).
The only reason that I possess this useless knowledge is because I really like the look of the factory BBS wheel on the silver WRX, and I did a ton of research. But they are just to damned expensive.
Any pictures of any WRX with RGR's would be appreciated. (I am still trying to decide)
