How much are brand new STi BBS wheels and tires worth?

Car Info: 1993/2000/2001 GF4 mostly red

If they are new from a dealer, about $3000 for jsut the wheels. Takeoffs that were on a car when it was sold are worth around $2500 or so.

Would there be a difference between 50 miles on them vs. a few hundred for resale? What is in demand more gold or silver?
