AXIS Rims
What part of "I dont know the proper offset" dont you understand?
The wasnt a previous response.. which may explain why it wasnt prepended by the marking "me: ". If you could follow the conversation, you might not have had trouble with that detail. However, you seem to have alot of problems with details. Minor as those details may seem, they seem to give you problems. Especially when you attempt to help someone by answering a question they didnt ask.
Im not saying your an unintelligent subaru driver. I never said that. I might say you arent the brightest bulb on your block; but this wouldnt have anything to do with your knowledge of subarus or wheel offsets, but your lack of ability to follow a written conversation.
Thank you for trying to help me. As fruitless as it turned out to be, I imagine your original intentions were positive.
When I asked the question, what I specifically asked for and the answer I wanted was examples of wheels that fit on the car.. Wheels that other people had already found and tried on the car. If you had put wheel on a 2005 Subaru STI, then the type and model of wheels you put on would have been what I was interested in hearing about. I did not know the correct offset and didnt want someone to tell me an offset so that i could go and again do a bunch of research to find wheels.
I could tell you that before i bought the axis reverbs, i tried on 3 different wheels which had an offset of between 42-45-48.. By all accounts, those wheels should have fit, but the spokes rubbed against my front calipers. I could have told you all of this before, but I didnt. And I didnt because it wasnt important to the question that I was asking and the answers that I wanted.
Where did you get this response? Please post a link.

FYI, this is how I help people that don't come back with sarcastic responses to legitimate questions https://www.i-club.com/forums/wheel-tire-59/06-sti-offset-question-145257/.
If you would of just answered my second question I would have done the same for you but NOOO you had to be a sarcastic *** hole and look where we are now.
Like I said before, sorry for trying to help. I'll make sure I don't ever try to help you in the future.
Do yourself a favor and read things 10 times and think about what you're reading for about a hour before you respond. Doing this will make you less prone to making yourself look like an idiot.
BTW, I can't wait to see what you say next. I'm pretty sure you wont give me the link I asked for and you won't be able to show me where I asked you about offset a second time. I'm guessing you will say What part of "I dont know the proper offset" dont you understand?
patiently waiting

Im done with you.
Thanks for trying to help I guess.
This is from your other help thread. If you had said that.. this would probably have been enough.. Instead you wanted to argue over offset.

Subydude sells rotas and they seem to be in your price range. Their wheel guide is under construction right now but I would think most of the wheels he has with a 5X114.3 would clear your calipers (not positive though). They won't try to sell you wheels that won't work on your car so give them a call before you buy.
