ASA AR1 Wheels

According to that chart, the WRX stock wheels are actually 16.5 lbs, which is extremely lightweight! FAR lighter than I expected.
So, to go to 17" rims without GAINING weight (much less losing weight!) I have to spend in excess of $290 per wheel? There is no way I am going to add 14 lbs to my vehicle at the wheels, even if they look a little better.
Looks like I am sticking with stock.

This is my dilemma too. I know if I want to do it right I have to spend the money. Going heavier will be a killer
But I have some bigger brakes I need to fit under there so eventually I'm going to have to bite the bullet.
