anyone using rims with hub centric rings?

anyone using rims with hub centric rings?
Just wondering if anyone is using rims with hub centric rings. These rings fit inside the rim where it is bored out to fit the hub of your car correctly.

Na I usually just shop around for wheels made for my car .
