Question 18" SSR Competition Value?!?!

Hi, I just got my WRX and one of the first things that I want to change on it is the wheels and tires. I found the SSR Competitions and I just am not sure if they are worth the price that they are at. I was wondering if there are any other wheels of the same caliber but of a lower price.

Hey! I just got a set of 16x7 SSR Competitions w/ 205/50/16 Yokohama AVS ES100s last month for my '00 Impreza L, and so far I'm very happy. The SSR's are the least expensive forged (or semi-solid forged) wheels I have seen. They are very light and strong, I would definitely reccomend (is that spelled right?) them to anyone. Forged wheels are the highest quality and you probably won't find any new ones for less than the SSR's. Also, if you buy from the Tirerack you will have a pleasant experience. I have, 3 times so far.

I don't have pic capabilities. No digital camera or scanner. Sorry guys! Maybe sooner than later. I would like to post some pics eventually.

One side note: the 16's with the stock suspension make the car look lifted. Kinda like a muscle car, which isn't what I'm going for! I plan on changing the struts and springs soon, so that should bring it down a bit.
