Just keeping my options open.............................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ...............................................ALR IGHT, I'm trying to minimize the weight. I wanted the black Slipstreams because they were light, but the car looks really good in 17's. So I'm trying to gather as much info I can about my possible rim choices. I wanted to see what 17 X 7's are out there, and 215/45/17 tires. Still leaning towards the Rotas with 225/50/16, but those bronze Attacks look sharp too (except that they're a 7.5" and the 225 would seem to be a better tire choice). I am afraid of hurting my straight line accel/braking if I get a heavy wheel.
The real problem is I'm thinking too much into this.

ok makes more sense on the keeping the wait down, but you can get a lightwieght wheel in 17x 7.5 as well, its not that much extra material that gets added onto the wheel. just stick to a lightweight wheel and your acceleration shouldn't be reduced any
oh and you probably are looking into it too much, but hey its ok, we only want our car to perform as best as possible
