Question 17" or 18"rims with Prodrive springs?

Currently running stock wheels with Prodrive springs, I know 17" for go and 18" for show but will Rota 18" Subzero work alright with the springs? Car is lowered aprox. 1" maybe a little more. How much will 18" slow down a slightly modified WRX? TBXS stealth-back exhaust, intake silencer removed, and 16psi. Would 17" take away any more wheel well gap, I know the 18" would, but would the car actualy sit higher on 17'?

I'm running 18" prodrive PFF7's on my '03 Wagon with prodrive springs and have no problems whatsoever. And the wagons are more narrow in the back, so if you have a sedan you should have plenty of room. I don't know how well the rota's fit though.

I've had mine on since last summer, 8 months maybe. Ride is stiffer but not uncomfortable, no bumpiness seams to be working fine so afr with stock struts.
