Its not a new STI but its damn cheap.

If you mean from a V7 I can get my hands on a V7 type RA for you with 30-100 kilometers.

Too bad I can't read Japanese, but the 2nd link you listed with the WRX Ver 4 complete, is roughly only $2800 US, give or take a hundred or so.
