Im looking to spend cheap and willing to pay $150 total. I'd also like to pick them up in the bay area if possible. $150 is my limit....

Thanks for the offer, but I just got a set of 16 x 6.5 wheels. Thanks though! Hopefully, someone else will need another set too.
