You can order one from a dealer, or you can look for a Legacy turbo in a junkard. The Legacy turbo crossmember actually fits the GC/GM best. The WRX crossmember requires shimming.
the best place to look is www.car-part.com
if you need any random parts, search on there. Worst case scenario: you end up putting in a post to all the junkyards, and they'll email/call you saying they have the part.
Keep in mind that if you call the junkyard, they'll most likely quote you a price lower than what's on the site. they have to keep their prices within a certain range on that website...if you deal in person, they'll cut you some slack.
