Hey Link just to verify, you want to buy a WRX? Well I'm selling my wrx at this moment. I bought my sedan back in July 2003, (early edition 2004). The engine is untouched. The tranny has been swap in for an STi 6speed. I've put in Exedy racing clutch and flywheel to handle big horsepower. The springs and struts are Sti. I'm rollin on 17" Rota Tarmac 2 Bronze. To stop from acceleration I've also threw on some Brembos from the Stis. Last are the HIds headlamp assembly from, you guessed it. The car has 30K miles on it. also check out www.carmax.com here in Roseville. I got mine here for $4000 under MSRP. They are like a dealership, but they aren't. There is a no haggle price only because they sell cars cheap there. Carmax gets their money from quantity sold. You just need to keep your eye open for the WRX, its a rare thing to find. Oh, and if they have one in at another carmax location (which will show up in a search) they can ship the car here for you....
I bought my WRX from them back in March of last year for $18k with 22k miles. the car was completely stock. I was in and out of there in about 1-2 hours...
