thanks to Shiv and the guys at vishnu for installing my XEDE today... I have to say I'm very impressed with the improvement in throttle response and off throttle hesitation is gone. all with the ability to unplug the xede and look like nothing was ever there.
I can't wait to take it to Infineon this weekend. The boost response is a lot quicker and it will definitely enable me to get on the power out of corners a lot quicker than before. the ability to change maps is great, and I spent an hour or so playing with Xmap2 for a while... the interface is very useful. I was able to download the map from the XEDE and there's nothing the software can't do that I want it to do. the serial interface is seamless, too.
I highly recommend untuned cars visit Vishnu.
