Only problem is, if that actually happened the guy doing the shooting would get the book and go to prison and probably get some huge lawsuit as well. I don't think shooting someone is reason enough to protect your property by law anyway. I'm not saying I agree but I think that's the way it works. I would just aim low...

Shooting to protect your property is technically self defence, especially in this case where your life is in jeoperdy(sp?). If a bunch of people jumped on my car and were kicking in the windshield, I would think they were trying to rob/harm me, therefore I would shoot to kill!

Like someone else, I can't really give my true thoughts, but then they wonder why they have a poor image. Stuff like that is a big part of what's wrong with this country. Where are the police? The longer you let animals like that get away with stuff, the worse it will get.

I agree I dont see why they should get mad for all the name calling the deserve it all specially these dumb f#cks (although there are sum decent ones out there don't get me wrong)
