damn those cops were so chill. if that were to happen in San Jose they would have taken him to jail for sure. hell they took my friend to jail for doing 98, imagine 144.

i got a ticket the other day for 83 in 65...its been 2 years and 9 months since my last ticket... do any of you know what options i am entitled to since i shouldve waited til my 3 years time to break the law? or is it 18 months?
