^^^ I think thats in Korea. There are still some countries where the Teacher is "suppose" to disipline their students. This is a bit extreme to say the least, thats a girl too...

I think if the teachers are allowed to hit the kids; the kids should be allowed to hit back...

That's what I thought, when I was in eleventh grade I was giving my math teacher a really hard time, he got pissed, grabbed me by the back of the neck ans slammed me to the wall. "Oh it's on" I charged back at him, bulldogged him to the wall, got a couple of gut shots and a quick elbow to the jaw before it was broken up by the teacher across the hall. It seemed like a good idea at the time, it landed me 10 days suspension, student review, and I had to drop fail his course and take it senior year. To my knowledge from what my parents told me, the district had no plans to disipline the teacher.

 

That BS....I would have filed a complaint....and pressed charges against the teacher.

It's easy...Call the press and let them know the deal.........I am sure it would get some attention, and the district would have to make some type of disciplinary action against the 'chump teacher'

 

Too late for that it was over 12 yrs ago. Damn I'm getting old. My father talked to me about it. I remember him telling me how proud he was of me for standing up to him and giving him some of his medicine. Looking back in retrospect, this was one of those moments in a young mans life that defines him. No longer was I kid and the teacher an adult. We were on a pretty level playing field. I'd like to think the teacher learned something that day as well. I wasn't the best kid, yet I wasn't all bad either. Everyone has had thier fair share of whoopings, my dad used to give them out pretty regularly. One day my older brother and I got into something; I can't remember all the details now; anyway my old man got pissed, ripped off his belt, folded it in half and got ready kiss my rear end with it, and my older brother grabbed it from him and gave him a few. Well, the initial response was not good... I got off, my older brother got it 3 folds. Later that day, my dad sat us down and apoligized and told us that was going to be the last time. It was.

 

I would have told my son the same thing! Yeah, *** whoopings were plentiful in my household also...Maybe that is why all my brothers and sisters have some degree of an anger issue
