no it's like a question, "A sword splitting bullets?" a sword that is cappable of splitting bullets.

Well, most ammo is simply copper coated lead so it's not very surprising that a sword made of fine steel folded over 16 times, heat treated, and with a sharp edge would cut a bullet in half. Now if it was steel core AP ammo it might be another story.
